One of the original founders of the business Tony Lutkin has seen some changes in the company over the years. Still an active member of the Board of Directors, Tony still plays a hand on role in the business on a technical and procurement basis.

As Group Managing Director, Elaine has kept a firm and steady hand at the helm and continues to enjoy an active participation in the business functions.

With the business since 1994, Kent has overseen an expansion in the business portfolio and now takes on the responsibility for Head of Sales across the Group together with Product Development. Focusing on the founding principals and environmental responsibility, the Products & Services development of the business will play a key role in future success and expansion.

With the Group since 2002, Sean has had over 20 years experience in the Polymer Industry. Sean took over the Management of the Plastic Media Division in 2007 and deals with all Export Sales of Plastic Medias, Abrasives, Electrominerals & Metals. Sean has an active diary and regularly visits our overseas distributor network to assist on technical and product development issues.

Tim joined the Group in 2003 and since mid 2007 has taken over as National Sales Manager of the Abrasives, Electrominerals & Metals Division. Tim is focused on customer satisfaction and looks to continually develop the product & services we offer to our clients. Always on hand with an excellent grasp of the Surface Finishing sector, Tim has been involved with the Industry since the late 1990's. He has a team of Area Sales Managers working closely with him in his endeavours.

A Qualified Engineer specilising in Quality and Project management, Kevin brings a wealth of experience to the group. Kevin heads up the Commercial/Sales and Engineering Design aspects of the Equipment division. Kevin with his experience and his team, deal with customers surface engineering enquiries, offering solutions and if required sub-contract services.

Having been in the Surface Finishing sector for almost 30 years, David joins us from one of our Northern UK Distributors. He brings with him a wealth of engineering and equipment experience as well as a great approach to training. David assists the Engineering Division with the development and expansion of the Abrasive Blasting Equipment product portfolio and bespoke training courses, and facilitates Abrasive Electrominerals & Metals Sales in the Northern Area Territory.

David Butler

David joins us at an exciting time and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from the industrial protective coating sector. Having worked for many years for Major Paint & Coating manufacturers his experience is important to us in the development of our Plastic Media Stripping Technology and Auriga Systems. Additionally Dave covers the South East of the UK from Norfolk and across to Dorset and all points South East.

James and his team in the Sales Office, deal with all our order processing and sales administration. James oversees the Tele Sales unit so no doubt if you have n't heard from him and the Girls yet you're sure to do so.

John has been with the Group since 2000 and oversees the Engineering side of the business from a works perspective as well as being in charge of Group QA. A seasoned auditor John full well understands the concept and importance of continual improvement.
