Divisions

The Abrasives Electrominerals & Metals Division is the founding operation of the group and deals with manufacture and supply of typical hard abrasives from Aluminas and Silicon Carbides to Metallic Products, Glass Beads and Expendable Abrasives

The Plastic Blast Media Division- as one of the world’s largest and most diverse manufacturers of Plastic Blast Medias, we manufacture Type 2, Type 3 and Type 5 granular abrasives, Polycarbonate and Polyamide or Nylon deflashing media together with a wide range of hybrid polymer medias for blasting and abrasion applications can also be specified.

The Surface Preparation & Finishing Equipment Division - from a blast cabinet to a blast room, or from a dust extractor to the new Auriga System - we design and manufacture them all – even if you need a special system for an awkward or specific component that needs processing. A full complement of spares and consumables from blast nozzles, hoses and couplings to filter cartridges and electronics and pneumatic switchgear – can be supplied. The Equipment Hire Division -  Blast Pots, Cabinets Blast Rooms and Dust Extractors and the NEW Auriga System can all be hired if required, allowing our customers to gain from our equipment capability excatly when needed.

The Sub Contract Services Division - whether its short term capacity issues , whether you just don’t know how to achieve the finish you want or you don’t have the equipment – it’s odds on we can help. We can deal with ad hoc needs to help out with short-terms contracts or match long term or permanent surface finishing and coating requirements.

The Recycling & Reprocessing Division - if you ‘ve used our material we can assist with the reprocessing or disposal of your spent product. Alternatively, if you’re not a current customer and would be interested in us helping with the disposal of your spent materials send us an enquiry to let us know.
