High quality, low breakdown Mac'Ants (NYFLASH Polyamide) Plastic Media is a specially formulated nylon thermoplastic media, extruded and cut specifically to your needs.

Uniquely produced from Mac'Ants associates, the media is a unique product, which gives a highly competitive advantage.

The media, can be cut into a cylinder or cubed shape, deflashes without causing scratching or damage to the substrates. Manufactured to your needs, NYFLASH is available in all colours. It is not used for cleaning as the other thermoset medias but in the deflashing or deburring of such mediums as: 

• Deflashing other thermoplastics, thermoset plastics and zinc alloy diecasts.

• Deburring machined aluminium components

• Deflashing of electronic components.

• Deburring engine parts
