High quality, low breakdown Mac’Ants Nyflash Polyamide/Nylon Plastic Media is a specially formulated nylon thermoplastic media, extruded and cut specifically to your needs.

Mac’Ants Nyflash media, is extruded and pelletised into cubes ofr cylinders to tight dimensional tolerances and deflashes without causing scratching or damage to the substrates. Manufactured to your needs, Nyflash is available in a large range of colours. It is not used for cleaning as the other granulate medias but in the deflashing or deburring of such mediums as:

• Deflashing other thermoplastics, thermoset plastics and zinc alloy diecasts.
• Deburring machined aluminium components
• Deflashing of electronic components.
