Avialite Turbocast

Avialite Turbocast is a unique proprietary formulation of thermoset and extruded polymenr compounds that satisfy a production process to ‘de-bubble’ turbo wheel castings. The bubble of aluminium form on the turbo charger wheels during casting and the use of Avialite Turbocast rapidly and effeciently removes the bubbles without deforming, damaging or peening the turbocharges impeller blades. This in turn leaves the main wheel in a clean and free format that can easily be onward dye pentrant tested for cracks and manufacturing defects.
