Bonded and Coated Abrasives

From the production of grinding wheels to sand and glass paper, we have been an active supplier and manufacturer to the British and European abrasive sector since our foundation in the 1970’s – from brown, white and pink fused aluminas and silicon carbides to glass abrasives, available in FEPA Standard F and P grit ranges and in macro and micro size ranges.  Bonded and coated abrasives include resin-bonded systems, such as sand papers, heavy duty resin-bonded grinding wheels utilising rubber or phenolic resin binders and cut off wheels and discs. Vitreous-bonded abrasives require a different specification of abrasive grain and are typically less tolerant of magnetic elements in the grains. Most of the vitreous-based systems are used in grinding wheels and segments.
