Aerospace Composites

During the manufacturing of composites and composite mould tools, resin can adhere to mould tools and ancillary equipment.  The use of dry and wet plastic media stripping techniques can be utilised to remove resin build up with no dimensional change to mould tools.  We can supply media and equipment or offer bespoke services either on or off site on a contractual basis.  Additionally, because paint removal from composite aircraft skins can only be conducted manually – as chemical and conventional blasting damage the composite, and laser, structurally detrimental and cryogenic, is ineffectual – plastic media stripping is a natural selection.
